What we collect

• Account: email address, display name, and a salted hash of your password (we cannot read your password).
• Security: sign-in times, a record of failed attempts, and your IP address for rate limiting and abuse protection.
• Licenses and support: your licenses, device registrations, tickets and replies.
• Payments: Stripe handles card details. We receive the payment result and an order reference, never your card number.

How we use it

To run your account, check licenses, process payments, answer support, keep the site secure and send emails you need (verification, password reset, receipts, renewal reminders).

Who processes it

• Cloudflare: hosting, database and bot protection (Turnstile).
• Stripe: payments.
• Resend (or our configured email provider): transactional email.

We do not sell your data and do not run advertising trackers.

Cookies

We use one essential, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies.

Retention

Account and license data is kept while your account exists. Security logs are kept for a limited period. Payment records may be kept as the law requires.

Your choices
